Paper Art Doll

Today I worked on making a paper doll. I think they are so interesting. I downloaded a template and used some scrap book paper. It was fun!

Just a little picture of my hydrangea plant.

This is the first day my girls are out for the summer. I officially have a Eighth Grader and Senior in High School.

I don't have to wake up at 5 o'clock anymore. I am not going to sleep in to late. I love the morning. First thing is my coffee with a little etsy and some Blogs!
I just bought a few things from littlepinkstudio.etsy.com. Pink and Blue goodies. I have never tried German Glitter. I hear "Once you try that, you can't go back"........

I so love these flowers. The pink ones are my favorite. They were in a big cigar box. I am sure they would retail for over 20 dollars. The red ones in the background are the same age and style as the pink ones.

My brother and his wife had a baby May 4th. This is a picture of me holding him and seeing him for the very first time. He is precious.


Four generations. My Grandmother is in the Middle,(stella) my mom is in the navy(diane) I am in the other one. My Grandfather is holding Ivy she will be 17 tomorrow. I am blessed.

Yesterday I just found one itty bitty bowl.............I call this alphabet soup. I am going to use it to put crafting "thingies" in..................I do love the color and had some pillows I tucked the bowl into, to take a snap shot............

Have been feeling under the weather these past couple of days. Right before I left for Atlanta I found these neat little chairs. This is the first pattern I have ever bought.

John Legend at Chastain Park , was amazing! The traffic was insane but well worth it.

off to Hot' Lanta

My Husband is taking me to Hear John Legend tonight at Chastain Park.
We are flying out this morning. It only takes an hour to get to Atlanta.It is basically a four hours drive ........I am so excited.
We went to hear Burt Bacharach in the same place about five years ago.
Lenox square makes my heart go pitter patter as well.

The fabric is from Goodwill I found it yesterday, I love it!!!!!!

I made coffee filters flowers today. I put food coloring in bowls and let them soak up the color, the folded and cut the filters and twisted onto wire and "WAH La" flowers...There is a button flower staring at the camera....The one eyed purple people eater

I got Tiffany a plate and bowl of old fiestaware in sunflower yellow .
A cute drinking glass with flowers and a cute little blue green candle holder. She has two dogs so i included an apron just for that it is water proof. One of my first ever tin finds matched perfect and she likes tins. She loves to scrapbook, so I was excited to find the book for just one dollar and threw that in along with flower stickers and material inside the basket.
